Ratitfied by a special general meeting held on the 20th of January 2010

‘Dept of Justice have advised that the following Model  Rule No, 35 is deemed to apply to Radio EMFM Constitution – this will be  added to the Constitution in the next redraft in the  future.

Model 25 reads as follows ” Winding up.  In the  event of the winding up or the cancellation of the incorporation of the  Association, the assets of the Association must be disposed of in accordance  with the provision of the Act.’”
